- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices for materials and Plumber labor rates may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in the Philippines Manila area.
- All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of the Plumber's professional labor, standard tools, and equipment. Specialized equipment rental beyond standard use will be billed separately with prior written approval from the client.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) down payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Plumber's schedule and reserve materials. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon completion and final sign-off of all plumbing works.
- The Plumber service provider guarantees all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers leaks, improper connections, and installation defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
- All plumbing materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Philippine National Standards (PNS) and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) plumbing code requirements applicable in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
- The Plumber shall coordinate with the building management office and the local water district (Maynilad or Manila Water) as necessary for service interruptions or line connections. Any fees imposed by these third-party entities are not included in this Quotation Estimate.

- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the Philippine Consumer Assistance Center (PCAC) or the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines Manila region.
