- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs in Qatar Doha.
- All Plumber work shall be carried out by Doha AquaFlow Plumbing LLC's in-house, licensed Plumber technicians. No subcontracting will occur without prior written approval from the client.
- The total project duration is estimated at fourteen (14) working days from the date of the Purchase Order, subject to site access and material availability in Qatar Doha.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of 60% of the work, and 30% upon final handover and acceptance. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer.
- All materials and equipment supplied by our Plumber team shall carry a minimum of a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship is guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of completion.
- The client shall provide safe access to all work areas, including lockable storage for tools and materials. Any damage caused by the client's negligence is excluded from this Quotation Estimate.
- All work shall comply with the Qatar Building Code, Qatar Civil Defense regulations, and the environmental standards set by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in Qatar Doha.
- Any additional work beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
