- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision due to fluctuating material costs in the Moscow market.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% upon successful completion and client sign-off of all plumber work. Payment shall be made in Russian Rubles via bank transfer to the account of Moskva Vodokanal Services LLC (Sberbank, Moscow Branch, BIC 044525225, Account No. 40702810400000012345).
- The plumber work shall be carried out between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 Moscow Time (MSK, UTC+3), Monday through Friday. Weekend or after-hours work will incur a 35% surcharge.
- A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all labour performed by our plumber team. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms. This warranty is valid throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.
- The client is responsible for providing the plumber with safe and unobstructed access to all work areas within the apartment. Any delays caused by the client's failure to provide access will extend the project timeline accordingly.
- All work shall comply with the current edition of SNiP 2.04.01-85 "Internal Water Supply and Drainage of Buildings" and the Moscow City Housing Code. A copy of the completion certificate will be provided to the client for filing with the local Moscow housing management office (UKHO).
- Any additional work not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties before commencement. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for such additional plumber services.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from the execution of this estimate shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
