- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs, exchange rates, or changes in regulatory requirements within Saudi Arabia.
- All prices quoted in this document are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include the cost of materials, labor, equipment, transportation within Jeddah city limits, and applicable 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
- The Plumber services described herein shall be executed by Al-Nakheel Plumbing & Maintenance Co. or its authorized subcontractors. All work is guaranteed for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance, in compliance with Saudi consumer protection regulations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the work, and 20% upon final handover and client sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's registered account in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The estimated project duration is fifteen (15) working days from the date of the advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions, municipal inspection scheduling, and availability of imported materials. Delays caused by force majeure or client-requested changes shall be excluded from this timeline.
- All plumbing materials to be used are new, of first quality, and fully compliant with SASO standards and Jeddah Municipality specifications. Material brands and specifications are detailed in Appendix A (attached separately).
- The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary access to the property is provided to the Plumber team during working hours (Saturday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in accordance with Saudi labor regulations).
- Any additional work or changes requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment prior to execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and the advance payment is received. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement shall be executed in accordance with Saudi commercial law.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent work shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
