This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Riyadh Plumbing & Maintenance Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Plumber services for the Al-Nakheel Residential Complex located in the Al-Nakheel District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiry date shall be subject to re-pricing based on current material and labour costs in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and transportation within the city of Riyadh. The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia is applied separately as shown above.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the scope of work, and the remaining 20% upon final handover and client sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's designated account in Riyadh.
- The Plumber team assigned to this project shall hold valid Saudi Arabian trade licenses, Iqama (residence permit) documentation, and professional certifications issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers or equivalent recognized body. All workers shall comply with the Saudi Labour Law and site safety protocols.
- All materials and equipment supplied shall carry valid SASO certification and, where applicable, the Saudi Standards conformity mark. Water heaters and gas appliances must meet the energy efficiency standards set by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC).
- The project duration is estimated at twenty-five (25) working days from the date of the advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and municipal permit approvals in Riyadh. Delays caused by force majeure or client-requested changes shall be excluded from the timeline.
- A two-year warranty is provided on all workmanship and installed equipment (excluding consumable parts). The warranty is void if the Plumber systems are tampered with or serviced by unauthorized third parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural modifications to building foundations or load-bearing walls. Any such work identified during inspection shall be quoted separately.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
