1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs in the Senegal Dakar market.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% (2,996,000 XOF) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A second payment of 40% (2,996,000 XOF) is due upon completion of 70% of the Plumber works. The final balance of 20% (1,498,000 XOF) is payable upon successful pressure testing and client sign-off.
3. Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Dakar AquaPro Services SARL, Bank: BICE Senegal, Account: 0001234567890, IBAN: SN08 0001 2345 6789 0000 1234 567, or by certified bank cheque payable to Dakar AquaPro Services SARL.
4. Warranty: All Plumber workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. All materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Schedule: The estimated completion period is twelve (12) working days from the date of the first payment and site access. Delays caused by force majeure, SDE network interruptions, or client-requested changes will extend the timeline accordingly.
6. Compliance: All works shall comply with the Senegalese Code du Bâtiment, SDE technical specifications, and the urban planning regulations of the Ville de Dakar. Our Plumber team holds valid professional certifications issued by the Chambre de Métiers du Sénégal.
7. Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical wiring for water heaters (to be handled by a licensed electrician), structural modifications to the building, or any works outside the defined plumbing scope.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. Failing mutual agreement, matters shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
