5. Payment may be made via bank transfer, PayNow, or cheque. Bank transfer details will be provided upon confirmation. No cash payments exceeding SGD 500.00 will be accepted in accordance with Singapore Singapore anti-money laundering regulations.
6. All replaced components carry a manufacturer's warranty of two (2) years. Labour and workmanship are guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of completion. This warranty is valid only for installations performed by our certified Plumber team in Singapore Singapore.
7. The client agrees to provide safe access to all work areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and any concealed pipe spaces, on the scheduled work date. Failure to provide access may result in a rescheduling fee of SGD 100.00.
8. Any damage to existing finishes (tiles, walls, cabinetry) caused during the course of work will be repaired or compensated at the Plumber's cost, provided the damage is reported within 48 hours of completion.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. The accepted document shall serve as the binding agreement for the scope of work described herein.
10. In the event of any dispute arising from this engagement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the Singapore Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing any legal action in the courts of Singapore Singapore.
