- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Plumber reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs within the South Africa Cape Town market.
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Plumber's schedule, and the remaining 50% upon satisfactory completion and sign-off of all works.
- The estimated duration for completion of all works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is five (5) working days, subject to weather conditions and access availability at the South Africa Cape Town site.
- All work performed by the Plumber is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, covering workmanship and materials, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
- The Plumber is fully insured with public liability insurance of R5,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written approval and additional Quotation Estimate before commencement.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the property where the Plumber will be working, including the roof, under-floor spaces, and the garden where the sewer line is located.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until signed and accepted by both parties. Upon acceptance, it becomes a binding agreement between the Plumber and the client.
- All plumbing work will be carried out in strict compliance with the Plumbing Regulations of South Africa, the Western Cape Provincial Government building by-laws, and the City of Cape Town municipal requirements.
