- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Plumber reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs within the South Africa Johannesburg market.
- All work will be performed by a registered Plumber holding a valid WBSA (Water and Sanitation) registration and a valid trade licence issued by the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.
- The Quotation Estimate includes all labour, standard materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the Plumber works as described. Any additional work not included in this estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the works, and the remaining 20% upon final sign-off and handover. All payments to be made via EFT to the Plumber's registered business account.
- The Plumber guarantees all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not extend to manufacturer defects on supplied materials.
- All plumbing installations will comply with the National Building Regulations (SANS 10400 Part F), the City of Johannesburg by-laws, and the Water Services Act 108 of 1997 applicable in South Africa Johannesburg.
- The client must provide the Plumber with safe access to all work areas, including the roof, underfloor spaces, and external yard. The Plumber will not be liable for damage to existing structures caused by pre-existing conditions not identified during the initial site inspection.
- Working hours for the Plumber team will be Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00, in accordance with standard trade hours in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- The Plumber will submit a final invoice upon completion of all works, which will reflect any approved variations to this Quotation Estimate.
