- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs in the Spain Madrid market.
- All works described in this Quotation Estimate shall be carried out by a qualified Plumber holding a valid Carné de Instalador and registered with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos Industriales de Madrid.
- The Plumber shall comply with all applicable Spanish national regulations, including the RITE, the Reglamento de Instalaciones de Protección Contra Incendios (RIPCI), and the municipal building code of the Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major works (items 01–04), and 20% upon final sign-off and delivery of the pressure test report.
- Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Madrid Aqua Solutions S.L. (IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332) or by certified cheque. No cash payments exceeding 1,000 EUR are accepted in accordance with Spanish anti-money-laundering legislation.
- All materials supplied by the Plumber carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Labour warranty is 3 years from the date of completion, as stipulated by the Texto Refundido de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos and applicable consumer protection law in Spain.
- Any additional works not included in this Quotation Estimate must be authorised in writing by the client before commencement. The Plumber will issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any such variations.
