1. Scope of Work & Description

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Colombo AquaFlow Plumbing Services (Pvt) Ltd, a licensed and registered Plumber operating within the Sri Lanka Colombo municipal boundaries, in response to the client's request for comprehensive plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation services at the above-mentioned residential property. 3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs within the Sri Lanka Colombo market.
A 40% advance payment (LKR 288,156) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence work. The remaining 60% shall be payable upon satisfactory completion and final inspection of all plumbing works.
All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are of standard quality. Substitution of materials requires prior written approval from the client. Any cost difference arising from approved substitutions will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
The Plumber team shall adhere to all safety protocols as mandated by the Sri Lanka Department of Labour. The client is responsible for providing safe access to all work areas within the property.
A workmanship warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all labour and installation work. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms and are passed through to the client.
Any additional work not covered under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written Quotation Estimate and client approval before execution.
All plumbing installations shall comply with the CMC Sri Lanka Colombo by-laws and the Sri Lanka Standards (SLS 1173:2019) for domestic water supply and drainage systems. Necessary permits from the Colombo Municipal Council will be obtained by the contractor at no additional cost to the client.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure, the matter shall be referred to the Colombo District Court, Sri Lanka Colombo.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and the advance payment is received.

4. Project Timeline

Upon receipt of the advance payment and written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Plumber team shall mobilize to the site within two (2) working days. The estimated duration for completion of all works is twelve (12) working days, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials from local suppliers in the Sri Lanka Colombo area. A daily progress report will be submitted to the client via WhatsApp or email.
