Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Plumber team will mobilize to the site in Sudan Khartoum within five (5) working days. The estimated duration for full completion of all listed plumbing works is twelve (12) consecutive working days, subject to weather conditions and access availability. A daily progress report will be submitted to the client's management office at the end of each working day.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period due to fluctuating material costs in the Sudan Khartoum market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing, 40% upon completion of 70% of the work, and 20% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- All materials used by our Plumber team shall be new, of certified quality, and compliant with Sudanese Standards and Specifications Organization (SSSO) requirements.
- A warranty period of twelve (12) months is provided on all workmanship and installed materials. Any defects arising within this period will be rectified by our Plumber team at no additional cost to the client.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all units, ensuring water supply can be isolated per unit, and coordinating with the Khartoum Water Authority for meter installation permits.
- Any additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
