- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for plumbing materials in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection and sign-off by the client.
- All Plumber services shall be carried out in strict compliance with the Tanzania Building Standards Authority (TBSA) regulations and the Dar es Salaam City Council (DACC) plumbing and drainage bylaws.
- AquaFlow Plumbing Solutions Ltd. provides a warranty of twelve (12) months on all workmanship and eighteen (18) months on all installed materials, subject to normal usage and no unauthorized modifications by third parties.
- The Plumber team shall operate between 07:00 and 17:00 hours, Monday through Saturday. No work shall be conducted on public holidays as gazetted by the Government of Tanzania.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the property, including the rooftop, basement, and external drainage channels, for the duration of the project.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the matter shall be referred to the Tanzania Arbitration Centre in Dar es Salaam.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a signed Service Agreement is executed.
- All imported plumbing materials (toilets, faucets, shower heads) are subject to availability at the Dar es Salaam port. In the event of supply delays exceeding seven (7) days, the project timeline shall be extended accordingly without penalty to either party.
- The client acknowledges that AquaFlow Plumbing Solutions Ltd. is a registered Plumber service provider in Tanzania, holding valid business registration with the Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) under Company No. 123456-2020.
