Scope of Work — Plumber Services in Thailand BangkokThis Quotation Estimate is prepared by Bangkok AquaFlow Plumbing Co., Ltd., a licensed and insured Plumber operating in compliance with the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning regulations of Thailand Bangkok. The following scope of work has been assessed following an on-site inspection conducted at the client's residence in the Khlong San district of Bangkok on 10 June 2025. All work will be performed by our certified Plumber team in accordance with the Thai Building Control Act B.E. 2522 and local Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) plumbing codes.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision due to fluctuating material costs in the Thailand Bangkok market.
- All work will be carried out by our licensed Plumber team holding valid work permits issued by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The lead technician holds a Level 3 Plumbing Trade Certificate recognized by the Thai Ministry of Labour.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of pipework installation and pressure testing, and 20% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are new, factory-sealed, and carry a minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty. Labour workmanship is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of completion.
- The client agrees to provide the Plumber team with safe access to the property, uninterrupted water supply for testing, and a dedicated electrical outlet (220V, 50Hz) for power tools during the renovation period.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment signed by both parties before commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include structural modifications to walls or floors. Should the Plumber team identify the need for minor wall chasing (up to 50mm depth) during installation, this will be quoted separately at THB 350 per linear metre.
- All waste materials generated during the project will be disposed of in accordance with Bangkok's municipal waste management regulations. The client is not responsible for any disposal fees.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation under the Bangkok Arbitration Institute before pursuing legal action in the Thai courts.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. All communications regarding this document shall be conducted in English or Thai.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Plumber services to be performed in Thailand Bangkok as described herein. The undersigned Plumber representative confirms that all quoted prices, timelines, and specifications are accurate and binding upon acceptance.
