This Quotation Estimate is issued by Ankara Master Plumber Co. Ltd., a licensed and certified Plumber operating in the Turkey Ankara metropolitan region, to provide comprehensive plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance services at the client's residential property located in Çankaya District, Ankara. The Plumber team assigned to this project in Turkey Ankara will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving written approval of this Quotation Estimate. The estimated total duration for completion of all listed services is twelve (12) working days, subject to material availability and access to the property. A dedicated project coordinator will be assigned to communicate daily progress updates to the client. All work will be performed between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Saturday, in accordance with Ankara municipal noise and construction regulations.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period due to fluctuating material costs in the Turkey Ankara market.
- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of pipework installation and before fixture fitting; 20% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- Warranty: All Plumber workmanship is covered by a two-year (24-month) workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment (boiler, water heater, fixtures) apply separately as per manufacturer terms.
- Materials: All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are new, first-quality products. Substitutions of equivalent or superior grade may be made with prior written client consent.
- Access and Permissions: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits or HOA (site management) approvals required by the municipality of Ankara prior to commencement of work.
- Liability: Ankara Master Plumber Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for pre-existing damage to the property or adjacent structures. A pre-work condition report will be documented and signed by both parties.
- Force Majeure: Delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control in Turkey Ankara shall extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ankara.
