3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Plumber reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs within the Turkey Istanbul market.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% (TRY 26,846.40) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Plumber's schedule. The remaining 60% (TRY 40,269.60) shall be payable within seven (7) business days following completion and sign-off of all works.
3.3 Project Duration: The Plumber estimates a total of five (5) working days to complete all items listed in this Quotation Estimate, commencing on the date mutually agreed upon by both parties. Work hours in Turkey Istanbul are 08:00 to 18:00, Monday through Saturday.
3.4 Warranty: All labour performed by the Plumber is covered by a two-year workmanship warranty. All supplied materials carry the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 5 to 10 years for pipes and fixtures). The warranty certificate will be issued upon final acceptance.
3.5 Access and Permits: The client shall ensure unrestricted access to all areas of the property where the Plumber is to perform work. Any necessary building permits or notifications to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) or the relevant district municipality (Beşiktaş Belediyesi) shall be coordinated by the Plumber at no additional cost to the client.
3.6 Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include structural masonry work, electrical rewiring, or any work outside the internal plumbing scope. Should additional work be identified during the course of the project, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's written approval before any extra work commences.
3.7 Cancellation: In the event the client cancels this Quotation Estimate after the deposit has been paid, the deposit shall be non-refundable to cover the Plumber's reserved scheduling and material procurement costs.
3.8 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
Note: All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of all Plumber labour, standard materials, tools, and equipment. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is itemized separately above. The Plumber is fully licensed under the Istanbul Chamber of Tradesmen and Artisans (İstanbul Esnaf ve Sanatkârlar Odası) and carries comprehensive public liability insurance of TRY 5,000,000.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Plumber services in Turkey Istanbul, agreeing to all terms, conditions, and pricing as stated herein. The Plumber confirms that the works described will be carried out in full compliance with Turkish building regulations (Binaların Yangından Korunması Hakkında Yönetmelik) and applicable plumbing codes.
