1. Scope of Work — Plumber Services in Uganda Kampala

Kampala Flow & Fix Plumbing Ltd. is pleased to submit this Quotation Estimate for comprehensive plumbing services at the above-referenced premises in Uganda Kampala. Our team of certified Plumber professionals will carry out the following works as detailed below. All materials and labour are included in this Quotation Estimate unless otherwise stated.

2. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for plumbing materials in Uganda Kampala.
Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within seven (7) days of successful completion and sign-off of all Plumber works.
Payment Method: Payments shall be made via bank transfer to Kampala Flow & Fix Plumbing Ltd., Bank of Uganda, Account No. 0045-1234-5678, or by certified cheque made payable to the company name.
Project Duration: The Plumber team estimates a completion period of ten (10) working days from the date of the deposit receipt, subject to site access and weather conditions in Uganda Kampala.
Warranty: All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of handover. All installed materials carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.
Site Access: The client agrees to provide the Plumber team with unrestricted access to all areas of the premises during working hours (07:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday). Water supply to the building may be intermittently interrupted during pipe replacement activities.
Compliance: All Plumber services shall be carried out in accordance with the Uganda National Building Regulations, Kampala City Council plumbing bylaws, and the standards set by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS).
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Uganda, with the seat of arbitration in Kampala, Uganda.
Insurance: Kampala Flow & Fix Plumbing Ltd. maintains full public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Plumber personnel operating in Uganda Kampala.

3. Acceptance of Quotation Estimate

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Plumber services in Uganda Kampala. The undersigned agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein and authorizes Kampala Flow & Fix Plumbing Ltd. to proceed with the works described.
