Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Plumber reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates Dubai market.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major installation work, and 20% upon final handover and client sign-off. All payments to be made in AED via bank transfer to Al Noor Plumbing & Water Solutions LLC, Emirates NBD, Dubai, UAE.
- All Plumber workmanship is covered by a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of completion. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms and are passed through to the client.
- The Plumber shall obtain all necessary permits from Dubai Municipality and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 13 of 2018 on Value Added Tax. The client is responsible for any additional building management approvals required by the Dubai Marina community management.
- Work hours for this Plumber project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall be between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Saturday. No work shall be conducted on Fridays during prayer times without prior written consent from the client.
- Any additional work or variations requested by the client beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval before commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Plumber is not obligated to commence work until the advance payment is received in full.
- All materials supplied by the Plumber shall be new, of premium grade, and compliant with UAE Standards (GSO) and Dubai Municipality specifications. No substandard or counterfeit materials shall be used under any circumstances.
