1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or applicable tax rates in the United States Miami region.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total, amounting to $2,061.31, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to schedule the work. The remaining balance of $6,183.94 is due upon completion of all services and receipt of the final City of Miami inspection sign-off. Payment may be made by check, bank transfer, or major credit card. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any outstanding balance exceeding fifteen (15) days past the due date.
3. Permits and Inspections: All required plumbing permits for the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County will be obtained by the undersigned Plumber prior to the commencement of work. The client agrees to provide full access to the property for all scheduled inspections by the Miami Building and Zoning Department.
4. Warranty: Florida Plumbing Solutions LLC provides a two-year (24-month) workmanship warranty on all labor performed and a full manufacturer's warranty on all installed equipment and materials. This warranty is valid only for work performed at the specified property in Miami, Florida, United States, and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
5. Insurance and Liability: The undersigned Plumber and Florida Plumbing Solutions LLC maintain comprehensive general liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and workers' compensation coverage as required by the State of Florida. The client is not liable for any injury or property damage occurring during the course of the work performed under this Quotation Estimate.
6. Scope Changes: Any work performed beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written change order, signed by both parties, prior to commencement of the additional work. No additional charges will be incurred without prior written authorization.
