This Quotation Estimate is issued by Saigon AquaFlow Plumbing Co., Ltd. to provide Mr. Tran Van Minh with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all costs associated with professional Plumber services for the residential property located at 88 Le Duan Boulevard, District 3, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The project will be executed by a dedicated Plumber crew consisting of one senior Plumber supervisor (15+ years of experience in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City residential and commercial plumbing), two certified Plumber technicians, and one apprentice. The estimated duration for completion is five (5) working days, commencing on the date of contract signing. All Plumber personnel are fully insured and carry valid professional licenses issued by the Department of Construction, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The Quotation Estimate includes all labor costs, tool usage, and on-site supervision for the full project duration.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of major installation work; 20% upon final inspection and handover.
- Warranty: All Plumber workmanship is covered by a 24-month warranty. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment (TOTO faucets, Rinnai water heater, booster pump) are transferred directly to the client.
- Access & Scheduling: The client agrees to provide full access to the property during working hours (07:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday). Work will be conducted in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City at the address specified above.
- Change Orders: Any additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
