Each Police Officer assigned under this contract shall hold a valid British Columbia Security Guard License, a current First Aid and CPR certification, and a minimum of three (3) years of documented law enforcement or public safety experience within the province of British Columbia.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the City of Vancouver require a revised Quotation Estimate beyond this period, all pricing shall be subject to re-evaluation based on current labour market conditions in Canada Vancouver.
• All Police Officer personnel assigned under this agreement shall be subject to a comprehensive background check, including a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Criminal Records Check, a British Columbia Vulnerable Sector Check, and a credit reference verification, in full compliance with the Privacy Act of Canada.
• Payment terms for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as monthly invoices issued on the first business day of each month, with payment due within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the British Columbia Interest Act.
• The deployment of Police Officer units shall adhere to the shift schedule agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) annexed to this Quotation Estimate. Standard operating hours in Canada Vancouver shall follow the Pacific Time Zone (PT), with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, in accordance with the British Columbia Employment Standards Act.
• Either party may terminate this contract with a written notice of ninety (90) days.
