This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Seguridad Patrimonial del Pacífico S.A. to Corporación Financiera Andina SpA in response to the client's request for the deployment of certified Police Officer personnel across multiple commercial and corporate facilities located in Chile Santiago. All Police Officer personnel proposed in this Quotation Estimate are fully licensed, registered with the Dirección de Seguridad Pública (DSP) of Chile, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of active service experience in metropolitan security operations within the Chile Santiago metropolitan area. Each Police Officer assigned under this contract shall comply with the regulations established by the Chilean Ministry of the Interior and the applicable municipal ordinances of the respective comunas in Chile Santiago.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on current labor market conditions in Chile Santiago and applicable collective bargaining agreements for Police Officer personnel.
- All Police Officer personnel shall be subject to a pre-employment background check, psychological evaluation, and verification of active DSP registration prior to deployment at any Chile Santiago site.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices shall be issued monthly on the first business day of each month, reflecting the services rendered by the Police Officer team during the preceding period.
- The client reserves the right to request the substitution of any Police Officer assigned under this contract with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. The replacement Police Officer shall meet or exceed the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated lockdowns in Chile Santiago, shall be addressed through mutual agreement and shall not constitute grounds for contract termination.
- All Police Officer personnel shall carry comprehensive liability insurance (minimum CLP 500,000,000 per incident) and workers' compensation coverage as mandated by Chilean labor law (Código del Trabajo).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal service agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Any modifications to the scope of Police Officer services, additional deployment locations within Chile Santiago, or changes in shift patterns shall be documented in a formal addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the proposed Police Officer deployment plan for the Chile Santiago sites meets their operational security requirements. This signature does not obligate either party to enter into a binding contract but serves as formal acceptance of the pricing and scope outlined herein.
