1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in DR Congo Kinshasa.
2. All costs are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in the Democratic Republic of Congo. No additional charges shall apply unless expressly stated in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
3. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon successful completion of the initial Police Officer training program, and the remaining 30% in equal monthly installments over the contract duration.
4. All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall be fully compliant with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the DR Congo Kinshasa municipal regulations, and international human rights standards as applicable to law enforcement operations.
5. The contractor shall maintain a minimum operational readiness rate of 95% for all Police Officer personnel at all times. Any absence exceeding 48 hours without approved leave shall be replaced within 72 hours at no additional cost to the client.
6. Confidentiality: All operational data, personnel records, and strategic information related to Police Officer deployments in DR Congo Kinshasa shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from the Ministry.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, all costs incurred up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
8. Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
