1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nile Delta Security & Protection Services Co. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the deployment of a licensed Police Officer (certified security personnel) to serve at the Mediterranean Trade Center premises located in the heart of Egypt Alexandria. This document outlines all associated fees, service specifications, operational parameters, and contractual terms governing the engagement. The Quotation Estimate is prepared in accordance with the Egyptian Ministry of Interior regulations governing private security operations and the Alexandria Governorate's local licensing requirements for security personnel deployment.

2. Scope of Services – Police Officer Deployment

The Police Officer assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall be a fully certified and licensed security professional registered with the Alexandria Security Directorate. The officer shall possess a valid Egyptian security clearance, a minimum of five (5) years of active service experience, and specialized training in crowd management, access control, emergency response, and surveillance monitoring. The Police Officer shall be deployed to the client's facility in Egypt Alexandria on a continuous 24-hour rotational basis, ensuring uninterrupted security coverage across all operational hours.

The duties and responsibilities of the Police Officer shall include but are not limited to: monitoring all entry and exit points of the facility; conducting periodic patrols of the premises including parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter fencing; maintaining a detailed security log and incident report; coordinating with the Alexandria local police station (Smouha Precinct) in the event of any security breach or emergency; managing visitor access and vehicle registration; operating CCTV surveillance systems; and providing immediate first-response assistance during medical or fire emergencies.

Note: The above Quotation Estimate is based on current market rates in Egypt Alexandria as of June 2025. Prices are subject to adjustment should the Egyptian Pound (EGP) experience a fluctuation exceeding 5% during the contract term. All fees are exclusive of any overtime beyond the standard 24-hour rotational schedule. 4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. The initial payment shall cover the one-time setup costs (Items 2 and 3) plus the first month's operational fees. Subsequent monthly payments shall cover the recurring costs for the Police Officer deployment. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Nile Delta Security & Protection Services Co. at Commercial International Bank, Alexandria Branch, Account No. 4471-8823-0056. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market conditions in Egypt Alexandria shall be required.
2. The Police Officer deployed under this agreement shall be subject to a background check and medical fitness examination approved by the Alexandria Security Directorate prior to commencing duties.
3. Nile Delta Security & Protection Services Co. reserves the right to replace the assigned Police Officer with a qualified equivalent at no additional cost to the client, provided adequate notice of forty-eight (48) hours is given.
4. The client shall provide the Police Officer with a designated duty station, access to all areas requiring monitoring, and reasonable working conditions including rest facilities during shift changes.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating all terms herein.
6. Any dispute arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Alexandria Commercial Court in accordance with Egyptian law.
7. The Police Officer shall comply with all applicable Egyptian federal and local regulations, including those issued by the Alexandria Governorate and the Ministry of Interior.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Egypt Alexandria, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the deployment of a Police Officer at the specified location in Egypt Alexandria. This signature authorizes Nile Delta Security & Protection Services Co. to proceed with the preparation of the formal Service Agreement and the recruitment and deployment of the security personnel.
