Each Police Officer assigned to this contract will have a minimum of five years of prior service experience within the French national police (Police Nationale) or gendarmerie, and will have completed the specialized municipal security training program mandated for auxiliary officers operating in France Marseille.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in France Marseille and applicable regulatory changes.
- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis, within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance, by bank transfer to the account designated by Sûreté Provence Services SARL. Invoices will reference the contract number and the specific Police Officer personnel deployed during the billing period.
- The total annual cost of 242,620.00 EUR (TTC) is fixed for the initial twelve-month contract term. Any renewal period shall be subject to a maximum annual adjustment of 3.5%, indexed to the INSEE consumer price index for the Bouches-du-Rhône region.
- All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall be subject to the labor laws of France, including the applicable collective agreement for the private security sector (Convention Collective Nationale de la Sécurité Privée, IDCC 1351).
- The client (Mairie de Marseille) reserves the right to request the replacement of any individual Police Officer who fails to meet the performance standards outlined in the operational annex of this contract, without incurring additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorized representatives of the Mairie de Marseille and Sûreté Provence Services SARL.
- All operations conducted by the contracted Police Officer teams within the jurisdiction of France Marseille shall be carried out in strict accordance with the directives of the Préfecte des Bouches-du-Rhône and the Mayor of Marseille, and in full compliance with the French Constitution, the Code Pénal, and the Code de Procédure Pénale.
- Disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Tribunal Judiciaire de Marseille, France.
