This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Security & Protection Services Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by Horizon Trade & Logistics (Ghana) Ltd. for the provision of a qualified and certified Police Officer to provide dedicated security, surveillance, and protective services at the client's operational premises located in Ghana Accra. This document outlines the complete scope of work, itemized costs, payment terms, and conditions governing the engagement. All pricing is presented in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
2. Scope of Work – Police Officer Deployment in Ghana AccraThe Police Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a fully licensed, retired or active-duty officer of the Ghana Police Service with a minimum of five (5) years of verified service experience. The officer shall be deployed to the client's facility in Ghana Accra on a full-time, 24-hour rotational basis. The primary duties and responsibilities of the Police Officer shall include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting continuous perimeter surveillance and access control at all entry and exit points of the facility in Ghana Accra.
- Performing scheduled and random patrols of the warehouse, office blocks, vehicle parking areas, and surrounding grounds.
- Monitoring and operating the CCTV surveillance system, alarm panels, and electronic access control infrastructure.
- Responding promptly to security incidents, unauthorized intrusions, fire alarms, and emergency situations in accordance with Ghana Police Service protocols.
- Maintaining detailed daily incident logs, visitor registers, and shift handover reports.
- Coordinating with the Ghana Police Service, the Ghana National Fire Service, and local municipal authorities in Ghana Accra as required.
- Providing crowd management and traffic direction during high-volume delivery and loading operations.
- Conducting monthly security risk assessments and submitting written recommendations to the client's management.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis in advance. The client shall remit the monthly invoice amount of GHS 19,310.42 (inclusive of VAT) within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Accra Security & Protection Services Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch. A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the stipulated due date.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all prices and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Police Officer assigned to this contract shall be subject to a comprehensive background check, medical fitness examination, and verification of credentials with the Ghana Police Service before commencing duty in Ghana Accra.
- The client shall provide the Police Officer with a designated duty room, access to all facility areas, and reasonable working conditions at the Ghana Accra site.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
- Accra Security & Protection Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acts of God, civil unrest, or events beyond the reasonable control of the Police Officer.
- All personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra before resorting to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
