3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing labour market conditions in India Mumbai.
All Police Officer personnel deployed shall hold valid Maharashtra Police security licences, background verification certificates, and medical fitness reports. Copies of credentials shall be furnished to the client prior to deployment.
Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, followed by monthly post-dated cheques or NEFT transfers within 15 days of the monthly invoice.
The client shall provide basic amenities including a guard room, drinking water, and rest facilities at each India Mumbai site. Additional accommodation costs, if required, shall be borne by the client at ₹8,000 per officer per month.
Any change in the number of Police Officer personnel, site locations, or scope of duties shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our office.
Our agency shall maintain a minimum 95% service availability. In the event of a Police Officer being on leave or medically unfit, a qualified replacement shall be deployed within four (4) hours.
This Quotation Estimate does not include any costs related to legal proceedings, litigation, or compensation arising from third-party claims, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Governing law: All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Our agency reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate without prior notice if the client fails to confirm within the validity period.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the deployment of Police Officer security services in India Mumbai.
