• All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall be employees of Delhi Capital Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall not be deemed employees or agents of the client. The client shall have no liability for any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the employment of the Police Officer staff.
• Each Police Officer shall be required to undergo a comprehensive background verification, including police clearance from the relevant station in New Delhi, medical examination, and identity verification through Aadhaar and PAN documentation, prior to the commencement of duty.
• The client shall provide a dedicated security control room, basic furniture, drinking water, and a canteen facility at the premises in India New Delhi for the comfort and operational efficiency of the Police Officer team.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, followed by monthly payments within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar month. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Police Officer personnel shall be redeployed or released as per the terms of their individual employment contracts.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India New Delhi, National Capital Territory.
