1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is formally submitted to the Municipal Security Division of the City of Jerusalem, Israel, in response to Request for Proposal RFP-2025-112. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial breakdown for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing operational support of a Police Officer (or team of Police Officers) to be stationed and actively serving within the jurisdiction of Israel Jerusalem. 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions, exchange rates, and any changes in Israeli statutory wage requirements.
3.2 The engagement of the Police Officer shall be governed by a separate Service Agreement to be executed upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The Service Agreement shall comply with the Israeli Labor Law, the Police Ordinance, and all applicable municipal bylaws of the City of Jerusalem.
3.3 All operations conducted under this Quotation Estimate shall take place exclusively within the defined boundaries of Israel Jerusalem, including the Old City, the New City districts, and the municipal periphery. Any deployment outside these boundaries shall be subject to a supplementary cost assessment.
3.4 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices shall be submitted on the first business day of each calendar month for the preceding month's services rendered by the Police Officer.
3.5 The client reserves the right to request a replacement Police Officer within five (5) business days if performance standards are not met, at no additional cost to the client.
3.6 All personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement shall be processed in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the updated regulations of 2017.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by an authorized representative of each entity.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. The engagement of the Police Officer for service in Israel Jerusalem shall commence on the date specified in the subsequent Service Agreement, subject to completion of all background checks, medical clearances, and municipal permits.
