Thank you for your inquiry regarding the deployment of a qualified Police Officer to provide dedicated security and law enforcement support services at your premises in Ivory Coast Abidjan. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope of services, associated costs, and contractual terms for the engagement of a certified Police Officer under the supervision of Securite Abidjan Protection SARL. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of professional security services in accordance with the regulations of the Direction Générale de la Sûreté Nationale (DGSN) of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.

This Quotation Estimate covers the provision of one (1) full-time, licensed Police Officer for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, commencing on the date of contract execution. The Police Officer will be assigned to the client's designated facility in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and will perform the following duties:

Continuous perimeter surveillance and access control at the client's premises located in Ivory Coast Abidjan;
Patrol operations within the designated zone, including both interior and exterior areas;
Monitoring and operation of CCTV surveillance systems and electronic access control equipment;
Incident response, threat assessment, and coordination with local police stations in Abidjan;
Preparation of daily and weekly security reports for the client's management;
Assistance during emergency situations, including fire, medical, and security breaches;
Compliance with all applicable Ivorian security regulations and DGSN operational protocols.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments on the first business day of each month.
The Police Officer deployed under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid DGSN license, a clean criminal record certificate, and a minimum of three (3) years of active service experience with the Ivorian national police force.
Securite Abidjan Protection SARL reserves the right to replace the assigned Police Officer with a qualified equivalent at no additional cost, provided the replacement meets all stated qualifications and the client is notified at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
All services rendered in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall comply with the Ivorian Labour Code (Code du Travail), the DGSN operational regulations, and applicable municipal bylaws of the Abidjan commune.
The client is responsible for providing a designated workspace, rest area, and basic utilities (electricity, water, sanitation) for the Police Officer at the service location.
This Quotation Estimate does not include overtime beyond the standard 8-hour shift (12-hour shift with 1-hour break). Overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate, subject to prior written approval by the client.
Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
All personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be handled in accordance with the Ivorian data protection law (Loi n°2013-450 du 19 décembre 2013).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Securite Abidjan Protection SARL to proceed with the deployment of the Police Officer as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document.
