Each Police Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid law enforcement certification issued by the Committee for Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, possess a minimum of three (3) years of active service experience, and demonstrate proficiency in both Kazakh and Russian languages, with English language capability considered an additional qualification for assignments in international business districts.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period requires written reconfirmation from Almaty Security & Law Enforcement Services LLP.
2. All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 12% as per the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service delivery, and 20% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract period. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the master service agreement.
4. The Police Officers deployed under this arrangement shall operate in full compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Police" (No. 224-V, 2014) and all subordinate regulations issued by the Committee for Internal Affairs.
5. Almaty Security & Law Enforcement Services LLP reserves the right to substitute individual Police Officers with personnel of equivalent or superior qualification, subject to prior written notification to the Client, provided that the overall service level is maintained without interruption.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated lockdowns within Kazakhstan Almaty, shall suspend contractual obligations for the duration of the event without penalty to either party.
7. All personal data of Police Officers and Client personnel shall be processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" (No. 94-V, 2013).
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court in accordance with the applicable procedural legislation of Kazakhstan.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
