The Service Provider shall furnish the Client with a minimum of four (4) fully qualified Police Officer personnel for a continuous twelve (12) month contract period. Each Police Officer shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of verified service experience with the Kenya National Police Service, hold a valid Private Security Officer (PSO) license issued by the Private Security Services Regulatory Authority (PSSRA), and have completed advanced tactical training appropriate for the Kenya Nairobi urban security environment.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, in advance, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. The Client shall remit payment via bank transfer to the Service Provider's designated account at Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under the Kenya Contract Act. • The Service Provider reserves the right to replace any Police Officer personnel who fail to meet performance standards, provided a replacement of equal or superior qualification is deployed within seventy-two (72) hours.
• All Police Officer personnel shall be bound by strict codes of conduct, confidentiality agreements, and the Kenya Police Service disciplinary framework as applicable to licensed private security officers.
• The Client shall provide a secure on-site facility for the Police Officer team, including a rest area, communication station, and adequate parking within the Kenya Nairobi premises.

• The Service Provider shall maintain a minimum of KES 5,000,000 in professional indemnity insurance covering all Police Officer personnel deployed in Kenya Nairobi.
