This Quotation Estimate is valid for a minimum contract period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date of mutual signature. The total estimated contract value for the initial twelve-month period in Morocco Casablanca is 4,788,000 MAD (inclusive of VAT). Payment shall be made on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the account of Atelier de Sûreté et Protection, with invoices issued on the 1st of each month and payment due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date. A 1.5% monthly penalty shall apply to overdue payments in accordance with Moroccan commercial law.
5. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service contract.
- All Police Officer personnel shall comply with the Moroccan Penal Code, the Code of Public Security, and all applicable regulations of the Casablanca Prefecture.
- The service provider reserves the right to replace any Police Officer who fails to meet performance standards, with prior written notice to the client.
- Operational hours for the Police Officer team shall be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a maximum of 12 consecutive working hours per officer followed by mandatory rest periods as mandated by Moroccan labor law.
- All security incidents, patrol logs, and access records generated in Morocco Casablanca shall be maintained for a minimum of three (3) years and made available to the client upon request.
- Either party may terminate the contract with a sixty (60) day written notice. Early termination by the client prior to the twelve-month minimum shall incur a penalty equal to 15% of the remaining contract value.
- This quotation does not include overtime beyond the standard 24/7 coverage, special event deployments exceeding 48 hours, or any services outside the defined premises in Casablanca.
- All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with Moroccan law.
- The service provider shall maintain a dedicated operations center in Casablanca to coordinate all Police Officer activities, ensure rapid response times of no more than five (5) minutes, and provide weekly written reports to the client.
