1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted to the Yangon City Development Committee Security Division in response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) dated 02 June 2025. 2. Scope of Services – Police Officer Deployment in Myanmar Yangon

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, followed by monthly payments within fifteen (15) days of each month's service delivery. All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract annexure.
All Police Officer personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the Myanmar Police Force Code of Conduct and applicable national legislation. Any Police Officer found in violation of professional standards shall be replaced within seventy-two (72) hours at no additional cost to the client.
The service location is strictly limited to the administrative boundaries of Myanmar Yangon. Any deployment outside this area shall require a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
Yangon Metropolitan Security Services Co., Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the Quotation Estimate figures in the event of government-mandated salary revisions for Police Officer personnel or significant changes in fuel and operational costs in Myanmar Yangon.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with Myanmar commercial law.

5. Acceptance and Authorization
