This Quotation Estimate is submitted in response to the request for the deployment and provision of a qualified Police Officer to provide dedicated security, patrol, and crowd-management services within the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area. The services outlined below are designed to meet the operational requirements of the requesting authority and comply with all regulations set forth by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) and the Federal Capital Territory Administration.
The Police Officer to be deployed shall be a serving or retired officer of the Nigeria Police Force with a minimum of five (5) years of active service experience, holding at least the rank of Sergeant or equivalent. The officer shall be fully vetted, medically certified, and in possession of a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and a current security clearance issued by the Department of State Services (DSS) for operations within Nigeria Abuja.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Police Officer shall be deployed within five (5) working days of receipt of the signed acceptance and the first-month payment.
- Payment terms: 100% of the first-month fee (including one-time setup costs) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent monthly payments are due on or before the 5th of each calendar month.
- The Police Officer shall operate strictly within the legal framework of the Nigeria Police Force Act (Cap P13, LFN 2004) and all applicable Federal Capital Territory regulations.
- Our company shall bear full liability for the conduct, performance, and professional integrity of the Police Officer while on assignment in Nigeria Abuja.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, a replacement Police Officer of equivalent rank and qualification shall be provided at no additional cost.
- All personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service contract shall be handled in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the first payment is received.
