- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and availability of Police Officer services and equipment are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of the training and equipment delivery phase, and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month mentoring and software support period.
- All Police Officer personnel engaged under this contract shall be bound by the confidentiality and code of conduct regulations of the Senegalese Police Nationale. Any breach shall result in immediate termination and potential legal action under Senegalese law.
- The provider guarantees that all equipment supplied for Police Officer use in Senegal Dakar shall carry a minimum 24-month warranty from the date of delivery and installation.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated suspensions of public services in Dakar, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Senegalese Code of Civil Procedure.
- The provider reserves the right to substitute equivalent or superior equipment for any item listed, provided prior written approval is obtained from the client's designated project officer.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to the final contract documentation.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer services in Senegal Dakar and authorizes the provider to proceed with the preparation of the formal service contract upon acceptance of the terms outlined above.
