- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All Police Officer personnel recruited under this estimate shall be subject to the Sri Lanka Police Service Act and applicable regulations of the Colombo Metropolitan Police Division.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of training and equipment delivery, and 30% upon successful deployment of Police Officer personnel in Colombo.
- Delivery and deployment of all Police Officer services and equipment shall be completed within ninety (90) days of contract execution, with all operations based in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The supplier warrants that all equipment and materials supplied for Police Officer use shall meet or exceed the specifications set by the Sri Lanka Police Service and relevant international standards.
- Any variation in scope, quantity, or deployment location within the Colombo district shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Colombo.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the authorized representative of the Colombo Metropolitan Police Headquarters.
- All Police Officer personnel shall undergo continuous professional development and refresher training as mandated by the Sri Lanka Police Service for the duration of their assignment in Colombo.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract documents shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
