All Police Officer personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall be Sudanese nationals holding valid security clearance certificates issued by the Ministry of Interior, Republic of Sudan. Each Police Officer shall possess a minimum of three (3) years of verified service experience with the Sudan National Police or an equivalent law enforcement body. Personnel assigned to the Sudan Khartoum site shall undergo a mandatory background verification, medical fitness examination, and a site-specific orientation before commencing duty.
The operational schedule for the Police Officer team shall follow a 24/7/365 coverage model at the client's premises in Sudan Khartoum, with shift rotations designed to minimize fatigue and maintain peak alertness. The Site Commander, a senior Police Officer with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, shall serve as the primary point of contact for the client and shall coordinate directly with the Khartoum Metropolitan Police Command as required by local regulations.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% payable in equal monthly installments within ten (10) business days of each month's service delivery.
- The contract period for the Police Officer services is twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement of both parties no later than thirty (30) days prior to expiry.
- SecureGuard International Services Ltd. shall bear full liability for the conduct, performance, and legal compliance of all Police Officer personnel deployed under this engagement in Sudan Khartoum.
- Any change in the number of Police Officer personnel, shift patterns, or scope of duties shall be subject to a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- All Police Officer personnel shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Sudan, the regulations of the Khartoum State Security Authority, and the internal policies of the client's facility.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns in Sudan Khartoum, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorized representative of SecureGuard International Services Ltd.
