Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to Siam Shield Security Co., Ltd., Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Branch, Account No. 418-2-XXXX-XXX. Invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month, and payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply to overdue balances.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing wage rates in Thailand Bangkok and regulatory changes.
- The Police Officer assigned under this contract shall not be replaced without the prior written consent of the client, except in cases of medical unfitness, disciplinary action, or termination of the officer's security license by Thai authorities.
- Siam Shield Security Co., Ltd. shall bear full responsibility for the recruitment, training, licensing, and legal compliance of the Police Officer in accordance with Thai law and Bangkok municipal regulations.
- The client agrees to provide a secure on-site guard room, access to electricity, water, and restroom facilities for the Police Officer at the Bangkok premises.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
- All personal data collected in connection with this engagement shall be handled in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Bangkok Arbitration Institute.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer security services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
