- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period may be subject to price revision due to market fluctuations in Turkey Ankara.
- All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise specified. The Police Officer engagement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful completion of the Police Officer training programme, and the remaining 30% in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month deployment period in Turkey Ankara.

Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate contract termination and legal proceedings.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated lockdowns affecting Turkey Ankara, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Ankara Regional Courts in accordance with Turkish civil and commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally countersigned by both parties and registered with the relevant Ankara municipal authority.
