This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Public Security for the comprehensive provision of Police Officer services, equipment, training, and operational support across the metropolitan area of Turkey Istanbul. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for revision beyond this period will require a re-issued Quotation Estimate.
- All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall be subject to the Turkish Penal Code, the Law on the Organization of the Ministry of Interior (Law No. 375), and applicable regulations governing public security operations in Turkey Istanbul.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Istanbul Metropolitan Security Services Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Turkish commercial law.
- All equipment and Police Officer uniforms provided under this Quotation Estimate remain the property of the contracting authority upon full payment. Title transfers upon final acceptance.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Turkey Istanbul region, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- Confidentiality: All operational data, Police Officer personnel records, and tactical information generated during the execution of this contract shall be treated as classified under Turkish national security protocols.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorized representatives.
