1. Introduction and Purpose

This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by Kampala Metropolitan Security Services Ltd. in response to the request for the procurement and deployment of qualified Police Officer personnel to support law enforcement, public order maintenance, and community safety operations across the Uganda Kampala metropolitan region. 2. Scope of Work — Police Officer Services in Uganda Kampala

Assistance in crowd management during public events, parades, and civic gatherings in Uganda Kampala;

Emergency response coordination and first-line incident management in coordination with the Uganda Police Force command structure;

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for Police Officer services in Uganda Kampala is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and statutory wage adjustments.
Payment terms: 30% advance mobilisation payment upon contract signature; 60% disbursed in equal monthly instalments; 10% retained and released upon satisfactory completion of the twelve-month Police Officer deployment period in Uganda Kampala.
All Police Officer personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the Uganda Police Force Code of Conduct, the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda (1995), and applicable national legislation governing law enforcement operations in Uganda Kampala.
The contracting authority reserves the right to audit all financial records, operational reports, and personnel files related to the Police Officer engagement at any reasonable notice.
Any variation in scope, additional Police Officer headcount, or extended deployment beyond the Uganda Kampala metropolitan boundary shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and formal contract amendment.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Uganda Kampala, failing which, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of law in the Republic of Uganda.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the authorised signatory of the Uganda Police Force, Kampala Divisional Headquarters.

5. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the contracting authority acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Police Officer services to be rendered in Uganda Kampala.
