This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Abu Dhabi Security & Public Order Services LLC to provide a comprehensive financial breakdown for the deployment, training, and operational support of Police Officer personnel within the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of Police Officer personnel are subject to re-evaluation and may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in the United Arab Emirates.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, followed by monthly invoicing in arrears within fifteen (15) business days of each calendar month. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the designated account of Abu Dhabi Security & Public Order Services LLC.
- All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall be subject to the direct operational command of the Abu Dhabi Police Command. The contracting entity retains the right to request reassignment, retraining, or replacement of any individual Police Officer who fails to meet the performance standards outlined in the service-level agreement.
- The service provider shall maintain full compliance with all federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 on Combating Cybercrime, the Abu Dhabi Police Regulations, and the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
- Any modification to the scope of Police Officer services, including changes in deployment zones within Abu Dhabi, additional personnel requirements, or extended operational hours, shall be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and approved in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated curfews, or public health emergencies affecting the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region, either party may invoke the force majeure clause without penalty, subject to written notice within forty-eight (48) hours.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally countersigned by authorized representatives of both parties and registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
By signing below, the receiving party acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer services in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth herein. This document shall serve as the foundational reference for the subsequent service-level agreement and operational deployment plan.
