This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Shield Security Services LLC to provide comprehensive Police Officer security services for the premises of Al Noor Commercial Properties FZE located in United Arab Emirates Dubai. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and regulatory fees applicable in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- All Police Officer personnel shall comply with the UAE Federal Law No. 3 of 2003 on the Prevention of Violent Crimes and the Dubai Police Security Services Regulations. Any breach of conduct may result in immediate removal and replacement at no additional cost to the client.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing and 50% by the 5th business day of each subsequent month. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Gulf Shield Security Services LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The contract term is twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement. Early termination requires a sixty (60) day written notice from either party.
- Gulf Shield Security Services LLC shall maintain a minimum of 10% standby Police Officer personnel to ensure uninterrupted coverage in the event of leave, illness, or disciplinary removal.
- All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the data protection and privacy laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to final legal review by both parties' legal counsel in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
