This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in response to the formal request issued by the London Metropolitan Police Authority for the provision of qualified Police Officer personnel, associated training programmes, and operational support services within the United Kingdom London metropolitan area. The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing management of certified Police Officer candidates for a twelve-month contract period commencing 1 September 2025.
All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 20%, unless otherwise stated. 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is issued in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the United Kingdom London procurement framework. All services described herein are subject to the terms set out in this document and the associated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3.2 Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis for recurring Police Officer salary and operational costs, and on a milestone basis for one-off items such as recruitment, training, and equipment procurement.
3.3 All Police Officer personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate will operate under the direct operational command of the London Metropolitan Police Authority. Our organisation will provide administrative, HR, and logistical support only.
3.4 Any variation to the scope of services, including changes in the number of Police Officer personnel or modifications to the operational area within United Kingdom London, must be agreed in writing and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorised representatives.
3.6 All data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement will comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
