Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Police Officer recruitment process; 40% upon successful completion of the Police Officer Foundation Programme and issuance of certification; and the remaining 30% upon confirmed operational deployment of the Police Officer in United Kingdom Manchester. All payments are to be made via BACS transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Manchester Public Safety Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, legislative changes, or resource availability.
• All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered in full compliance with the Police Act 1996, the Data Protection Act 2018, and all applicable regulations governing the employment and deployment of a Police Officer in the United Kingdom.
• The Police Officer shall be subject to the Code of Conduct for Police Officers in United Kingdom Manchester, including mandatory disclosure obligations, anti-corruption protocols, and community accountability measures.
