• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of Police Officer personnel are subject to revision based on current market conditions in the San Francisco metropolitan area.
• Payment terms: Net 45 days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices shall be submitted on a monthly basis. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2210.
