This Quotation Estimate is issued by Tashkent Security & Law Enforcement Services LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") in response to the formal request submitted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent Regional Directorate. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the recruitment, deployment, training, and ongoing operational support of a Police Officer to be stationed and performing duties within the jurisdiction of Uzbekistan Tashkent. All pricing, terms, and conditions contained herein are subject to the regulatory framework established by the Government of Uzbekistan and the applicable labor and public service legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Quotation Estimate covers the full lifecycle of engagement for the Police Officer position, including but not limited to the following deliverables:

All amounts are expressed in Uzbek Som (UZS). Exchange rate reference: 1 USD ≈ 12,800 UZS (as of June 2025). The total estimated value in US Dollars is approximately USD 14,836.33.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon successful deployment and completion of initial training of the Police Officer, and 30% upon satisfactory completion of the first six-month performance review.
The Service Provider guarantees that the assigned Police Officer shall hold a valid license issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and shall comply with all federal and municipal regulations governing law enforcement activities in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Any change in scope, additional Police Officer positions, or extended deployment beyond the twelve-month period outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and revised pricing.
The Service Provider reserves the right to replace the assigned Police Officer in the event of medical unfitness, disciplinary action, or voluntary resignation, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the original qualification standards.
All personal data collected during the recruitment and vetting process shall be handled in strict accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Protection of Personal Data.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Tashkent City, Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the proposed terms for the engagement of a Police Officer in Uzbekistan Tashkent are acceptable and ready for contract execution.
