- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision due to economic conditions in Venezuela Caracas.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be structured as follows: 20% upon contract execution, 30% upon completion of Police Officer recruitment and initial training, 40% distributed monthly in equal installments, and 10% upon successful completion of the twelve-month service period.
- Contract Duration: The Police Officer service contract is for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement between both parties.
- Compliance: All Police Officer personnel shall be registered with the relevant Venezuelan public security authorities and shall operate under the jurisdiction of the Caracas Metropolitan Police framework.
