All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to the designated account of the Kabul Political Advisory Group. The payment schedule is structured as follows: an initial deposit of 30% (USD 34,500) is due upon execution of the service agreement; 40% (USD 46,000) is payable at the midpoint of the engagement (month three); and the remaining 30% (USD 34,500) is due upon completion of all deliverables and final acceptance by the Politician's office. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 2.5% on the outstanding balance.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Afghanistan Kabul.
4.2 The Politician named in the final agreement shall provide all necessary authorizations, credentials, and institutional access required for the advisory team to perform its duties effectively.
4.3 All work products, including policy documents, speech drafts, and strategic plans prepared for the Politician, shall remain the intellectual property of the Politician's office upon full payment.
4.4 The advisory firm shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all political strategies, internal communications, and sensitive information shared by the Politician during the course of this engagement in Afghanistan Kabul.
4.5 Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, all completed work shall be invoiced, and the Politician shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund for unperformed services.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Afghanistan Kabul before resorting to litigation.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately represents the scope, cost, and terms of the political advisory engagement for the Politician in Afghanistan Kabul. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the binding basis for the subsequent formal Service Level Agreement.
